tomorrow morning I'll arrive at Chipping Campden and complete the 104 mile Cotswolds Way.
An odd path as it has constant views of towns and motorways but barely passes through one village with an open pub or shop per day.
The locals failing to take interest or advantage of the hordes of under prepared American tourists walking south and expecting tea rooms every 100 yards.
Most of the path was very nice though, leafy woods and windy ridges, lots of towers. monuments and iron age hill forts, and mainly a nice feeling of being away from civilisation.
However also several golf courses, big roads to cross, and sections where the route goes round three sides of a square just to increase the total mileage.
oh lots of nice limestone buildings to look at.
Again had some great wild camp spots on hill tops, plus one free beer garden and one shock horror paid for camp site so I could get a shower.
